Yesterday I bought sony xb43 Bluetooth speaker from Binglee Fyshwick. I was looked after by Daniel Anderson. He was very polite and efficient, one of the best customer services I received in long time. The speaker was way cheaper than harvy norman. In short good price and good service. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Gina at Bing Lee Fyshwick was amazing! She helped me choose the right washing machine and also looked after me when buying a coffee machine and the last rose gold Smeg toaster. She’s the nicest person I’ve ever met when shopping for appliances – highly recommend asking for Gina!

We have just made our second purchase, a Bosch dishwasher, from Bing Lee Fyshwick. Their service is exceptional both prior to, during and after purchasing. The sales team and office staff proved very helpful sorting out problems for me. The delivery team were very efficient and obliging. All this with the best prices and delivery/removal costs make it a great place to shop.

I bought my first front loader washing machine from this store, and it was a very good experience. The Sales person Colin, was absolutely lovely & helped me through the process. - I’m so satisfied with my Haier Front Loader Washing Machine.

I purchased two Nobo heaters from Bing Lee in Fyshwick in June this year. One was intended for our home and the other for my brother in remote Gippsland without reliable WIFI. I realised the heater would not be suitable for my brother, so contacted the Fyshwick store and was genuinely amazed by the wonderful customer service provided by Ms Yingying Yu. She went out of her way to source a suitable replacement and contacted me several times to ensure we were happy. I can honestly say I have not encountered such a genuine willingness to assist and such a genuine desire to help, in many years. Bing Lee Fyshwick, you have a treasure in Yingying Yu and we truly appreciate her superior customer service. PS The NOBO heaters are great, just did not suit our particular situation.

Considered serval other stores but choose to purchase with Bing Lee after a postive intraction with the manager. Visited serval times to gain industry knowellage of products sold prior to purchasing. Positive intractions with majority of staff. Tall, older male sales person told me indepth infomation about rangehoods. Excellect recommendations without attempting to sell a unit not fit for the intended use. Manager intracted with myself as a sales person. Helpful, honest and knowledgeable of products within the store. Went out his way to help with assistant with selecting the correct products, using tools avaliable such as brand portals. Demostracted similar items when floor stock unavaliable. Taking great pride in other staff and accepted honest feedback for improvement. No pushy sales pitches although sales where on most items selected. Assistant completing online forms for order of a fridge which was only avaliable from the manufacturer. Extemely helpful considering im low vision. Assistant animal friendly. Staff act appropriately , not engaged with animal on site or asking to. Would highly recommend to everyone.

Our experience here (and prices) were SO much better than Harvey or Good Guys. Thanks to Abby, we had a totally stress and pressure-free experience looking for a new appliance. We weren’t planning to buy on the spot, but Abby was so kind, gave us totally honest opinions, and she was super knowledgeable. Additionally, the price beat anything online. Highly recommend seeing Abby from Tues-Sat. Thank you!!!!
